That depends on the brightness of the colors, the sades and the use. If you want to stand out and you pick the shades carfully, or unly use them in small amounts, they might go together. However using the two colors in clothing or large surfaces is not reccomended since they usually don't go well together.
I think white is pretty with those two bright bouncy colours. Royal blue goes lovely with it too.
