You would most definitely get brown if you mixed an even amount of each of these colors together.
Beige and green mixed together is olive green

you can never mix colours to get a primary colour. green and yellow mixed together will equal lime green
I would Say mixed blue and green

if red, green, yellow, violet, and blue were all mixed together (like paint) it would make black because black is all colors. However if red, green, yellow, violet, and blue lights were mixed it would make white light because that is the spectrum of light that makes up white light.
