It's pretty hard to narrow it down to just two. I'd say Otavalo, which has the biggest indigenous market in all of South America. And Banos which has many thermal pools heated by the Tungarahua volcano. Nearby Banos is the Pailon del Diablo waterfall, which is very beautiful.
