A safety management system is a business system used to ensure safety in the workplace. It is often referred to as SMS. The purpose of it is to ensure the safety of the workers.
Health and safety laws are regulations implemented by governments to protect workers and the public from hazards in the workplace. These laws often require employers to provide a safe working environment, training on safety practices, and access to necessary safety equipment.
