What are types of building contracts used by architectural professionals?
ABIC is a suite of contracts joint published by the Institute of Architects and the MBA. It covers work from single trade jobs (ABIC - BW) right through to major complex jobs (ABIC_ MW). These are the most commonly used contracts. There are also AS4000 which is general contract between owner and head contractor. Visit the site http://www.mbav.com.au/ for more info
There are a wide variety of tools that a building maintenance worker uses. It really depends on what types of contracts a worker is fulfilling. For instance, one building maintenance worker may fulfill snow removal contracts another landscaping services. For these jobs, they'll need a snow plow, a mower, a weed whacker etc.
A spire is an architectural feature on a building. It is a tall, tapering peak on a roof. An antenna is a functional piece of equipment for receiving or transmitting electromagnetic signals (e.g. radio, TV, cellular telephone). Some types are tall but the shape depends almost entirely on the signal to be sent or received.
