they create oxygen...... DUH! ANSWER
The Earth is a closed ecosystem, which means that nothing can leave it, and nothing comes in from outside. Plants are an extremely important part of this ecosystem. They take in the Carbon Dioxide that we give off, process it for their own uses, and then give off Oxygen. As animals breath in Oxygen and give off Carbon Dioxide, plants take in Carbon Dioxide and give off Oxygen. Without sufficient plant life to keep up this trade, all animals on Earth (including us) would die.
The root systems of plants keep the topsoil in place. Topsoil is the only part of the Earth that can support farming, so, without plants to keep the topsoil in place, no other plants can grow. Plants also fertilize the soil when they die, as they decompose and add their nutrients to the soil. One of the main reasons for the Great Depression in the U.S. was that farmers had, unknowingly, plowed up the Grasses of the Midwest, and replaced them with crops that did not have sufficient root systems to keep the soil in place. The Dust Storms that followed when the rains failed made farming impossible in several States.
Also, plants contain valuable medicines for diseases. Nobody knows what cures are contained in the Amazon alone, because nobody has explored enough. Many of our current Wonder Drugs, however, are plant based. We know there are Many more cures in the forests.
This is a very incomplete list of the things plants do to help us. Maybe others can add to it.
They release oxygen into the atmosphere, which we, of course, require. nd they give us cotton to make are clothes. nd produce food. for ex....fruit, vegatables. etc.....
Plants go through a process called photosynthesis. When plants go through photosynthesis, they let out oxygen, the air we need to breathe.
They help us by giving us food.
Three ways we use plants are: we eat them or parts of them, we feed them to livestock, and we use wood from trees for carpentry, paper, etc.

We can't live without plants. They give us food, and oxygen.
animals eat plants get the nutrients we eat the animal we get the nutrients
Water helps us to live because it keeps us hydrated. It also is important to plants to help them grow which are fed by animals and people eat both animals and plants to live.
they help us fertilize plants and they live in water.
well plants provide oxygen, oxygen helps us to live.
Doctors can help keep us alive. These doctors are also around to help individuals live longer and healthier ways of life.
you can keep the ecosystem safe by not killing animals or plants because animals need to stay in there habitat and plants they help us live. Example is we you are lost in the wild and there is no plants you might not be able to live. if you do not kill the plants then you might be able to live because some plants provide food and that will help you live. that is how you can keep an ecosystem safe.
plants help the human race in many ways by taking in CO2, releases oxygen, feeding us and provides food for animals which we ten eat depending on which animal plants help the human race in many ways by taking in CO2, releases oxygen, feeding us and provides food for animals which we ten eat depending on which animal
Anthropologists can help us learn about the distant past in a variety of ways. For example, by conducting studies of isolated tribes who still live like our ancestors did in many ways.
Well, helping us breath is about it. Another ways is they provide us with food source and making our habitat prettier? (I don't know what to call it)
Plants purify air composition by absorbing CO2 and releasing Oxygen. By way of transpiration plants add humidity in the air and broad leafed trees also help in reducing suspended particulate matter from the air. A good number of aquatic plants absorb heavy metals from water. Thus plants help us fighting pollution in many ways.
