Hey,
I'm assuming you're talking about making yourself look skinny, first of all it's great that you don't want to harm yourself in the process.
I'll start by saying that you might not even be as 'fat' as you think and it might just be your personal perception of yourself and really you look awesome. Perhaps you're unhappy about other things so you might pin it on you're weight when deep down it isn't your weight, there are loads of possibilities as to why you want to look skinnier.
All I know is that you want to make yourself look skinner so I'll say the obvious one, clothes, if you've ever watched 'How To Look Good Naked' ect. it'll show you what clothes will make you look skinner, and show the great parts of your body off. Read fashion books ect.
:-)
Sometimes we can tend to feel fat....When in reality we're skinny. It all has to do with self- confidence. Check out the book "The Six Pillars of Self- Esteem" on Amazon.
First of all 'emo isn't really a real thing, very little depressed people would call them selves emo. And because emos are ment to be all self harming and probably turn anorexic of somthing, but not only emos are skinny, people who don't want to be over weight are also skinny.
self harming
Self-harm. It is when an individual intentionally causes injury or damage to their own body as a way of coping with emotional distress or inner turmoil. It differs from harming others as the focus is on self-inflicted pain.
Yes, self-harming behavior includes any intentional harm or injury to oneself, regardless of whether it draws blood. It's important to seek help and find healthier ways to cope with difficult emotions.
I think it would just depend on the person. When did a person start self-harming them-self
Yes. self harm is biting, hitting, scratching, cutting, burning can be absoutley anythinng. You are still harming yourself, drawing blood just means your doing it to a higher extent, but none the less still hurting yourself.
Yes, fat plays no roll in cutting. Usually, people who self harm do it deep enough for it to bleed, and so obviously even a skinny individual might be inclined to cut themselves, as it produces the same effect as it would have on anyone else.
He used to, in high school. He was bullied and thought of self harm as an escape. However, his younger brother Michael found out. Vic didn't want Michael to follow in his footsteps. Vic wanted to set an example for Michael. He got the help he needed and stopped self harming, turning to music instead. No, Vic Fuentes does not have a self-harming "problem" or "addiction" any longer. Hope this answers your question!
Why would you want to bully your self? If you are talking about self harming or inflicting pain on your self, then I'd advise you talk to a close friend or a trusted adult, or me, if you want. Self harming is a terrible thing to do, I know, I've been there. But if you stop, it can really make you feel so much better about your self. And if you are thinking of making it look like you've been bullied don't. And there is no good reason for people to bully you. I think you should talk to someone who can support and encourage you.
You can't 'motivate' someone to stop self harming. It's not that simple. he needs a professional. e.g child mental health professional.
Eat more and don't starve your self we live in the usa no one should be skinny
