Try the Winamp 5 Media Library Import/Export Plug-in http://bluemars.org/ml_impex/wa5-ml_impex1.3.exe (c) AGico Or you can backup the files that this data is stored in, then after re-installing Winamp, just replace the new 'default' files with your backup files. This post will tell you where these files are stored: http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?threadid=263471
Winamp is a media player for your computer. You download it so that you can listen to audio files on your computer, not just in the form of music, but other audio files, such as ones of people talking, making noises, etc.
To convert files to mp3 format in winamp, select the files in the media library. After the files are selected right click the files and select send to file converter. From the settings in file converter select mp3 encoder. Adding further you can easily use any of the media converter, and covert the files quiet avidly
Once you install and start WinAMP, it will ask to search your computer for any/all compatible files (much like WMP does) -- so in that sense, yes it will.
WinAmp is a media player application for Microsoft Windows.
I don't think Winamp converts all your mp3 files. Your computer just shows them as winamp files now. They're still mp3 but your computer just sees em as winamp. My comp has the same thing. I don't know how to undo the computer seeing em as winamp, but there should be no problem using those files as regular mp3 files.
Winamp supports more standard and streaming media formats, as well as plugins.
WinAmp is not animal life. It is a computer application that plays media - music and videos.
Winamp metadata refers to the information embedded in audio files that provides details about the track, such as the title, artist, album, genre, and track number. This data is displayed in the Winamp media player, enhancing the user experience by allowing listeners to view and organize their music library effectively. Metadata can be edited and customized by users to ensure accuracy and personal preference. In addition to standard tags, Winamp supports various formats, enabling rich media experiences.
There is no way, unfortunately, but such a feature is on the Winamp wishlist. The Winamp library cannot list the same file twice, so you're not going to have multiple iterations of the same file on your disk in the first place. If you, on the other hand, have duplicate songs on your hard drive that you want removed, I'd recommend a duplicate file cleaner (Google will bring up a nice list of programs that will get the job done), then use the "Remove missing files from media library" option on Winamp to remove the entries for the files the duplicate cleaner removed.
A PHP file is not a media file, so winamp (and so any other media player) cannot play that file.
