Answer
You asked the question, What are your Achievements in the pervious company. Why what I've done in the past is important to you is beyond me. I may ask you what achievements are you talking about and in what company are you referring to. It is hard to answer a question when its not worded properly, can you please try again. Thank-You.

Why do you resign from the previous company?

Answer This question has been asked and answered many times
already. The answer isn't why do I resign fromt the previous
company, but in your case why did you resign from the company or
what are your reasons for resigning. In order for anyone on here to
answer your question properly it most of all has to make sense. If
you ask, Should I resign from my previous company, then we can give
you a better answer. As for this quesion, I don't have an answer
for you. I have no idea what company you are referring to, I don't
know your position in that company, so how do you wish that I
answer your question

What are your main achievements in your current role?

In my previous job I gained a lot of experience and managerial
skills from the training that I got in the company. I got used to
working under pressure and found it easier to communicate with

This is the time for you to brag about yourself. Before your
interview, its important to refresh yourself about your previous
achievements. Some examples include:
* You helped your company's credit intake by ___% within a
period of ___ months.
* You increased your store / cost center's sales generation by
___% in the last year.
* You were present during a great secret shop.
* You were responsible for bringing your shrink results down by
____% from the previous cycle.
The things that you "brag" about can be anything that you feel
had a positive impact within the company, and can be small or
large...depending on what your interviewer is looking for.
