Ans:If I want to grow in this company then definitely the company has to grow as we know very well that growth of the employee and growth of company is interlinked. If I get employed permanently I shall fulfill the technical need of the company, reducing the maintenance cost, being resourceful I shall utilize each and every resource of the company efficiently. I shall not leave single stone unturned for the betterment of this company.
(This ans is suitable for the technical guys having technical skills like engineer, mechanics, electricians, welder etc.
