If you really have a problem with him, you could file a restraining order. If he is tresspasing on your property, you could call the police next time. If he is abusing her, you can press charges. He is not a minor anymore, so anything you'd do to an adult you can do to him. If I were you, though, I wouldn't do anything. I'd talk to my daughter about why she might be making a bad choice, but past that I'd let her make her own decision because it is her relationship, and if you think about it, there's only a three year difference. If she dated juniors when she was a freshman its the same difference. It's your choice, though.
There are no legal rights. They are both adults and above the age of consent.
You can press charges since he is a adult he shouldn't be going out with underage girls
Yes, anymore than about 3 years age difference is "unacceptable"
No. Welcome to American, land of the "free". Yea right.
Nothing illegal about dating.
Yes
No, for it to be legal you have to be at least 16 to be on a dating site.
There are no laws about dating.
Yes
No, it is not legal. A 40 year old is an adult and a minor is under the age of consent and a child. Actually dating is legal if the parents say it is. There are no laws for dating just for sex and that is where the age of consent comes in, not when it comes to dating.

Dating is legal as long as the parents are fine with it. There are only laws regarding sex, not dating.
