There were no kings of Troy in 100 AD. Troy was destroyed in the Trojan war in the mid-13th century BC. In 100 AD its area was under the Romans. It previously had been under the kingdom of Pergamon and its last king bequeathed it to Rome in 133 BC. Under Augustus a new city was built at the site of Troy and it was called Ilium, another name for Troy which referred to Homer's Iliad. The new town was a trading centre of the Roman Empire. It had no kings.
