You need to be more specific. Do you mean a liberal arts college? A college for graphic arts? A college for art history? Studio art? ++++++++++++

Check them out and see which one fits you: Pratt Institute, Cooper Union, Parsons School of Design, Rhode Island School Of Design, School of Visual Arts(SVA), Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), Mass College of Art, The Art Institute Of Boston, Wentworth,Vespar George. These are art schools. In these schools you usually are required to take art history, studio art and graphics as base studies. If you want a broader education ( meaning options as far as fields of study go), There are loads of liberal arts colleges with art as a major available to you.
