Angels are a divine beings who help those in need.
There are not any semi divine beings in monotheistic religions as the word monotheism means one singular God.
Prophets are people to whom God has spoken, or who have Divine inspiration.
Pastafarianism.
All of the books of the prophets, including the Torah, are based on being spoken to by God, or receiving Divine inspiration.
Lahmu and Lahamu.
Judaism has not had any prophets since shortly after the destruction of the First Temple. Jesus is not considered divine or a prophet in Judaism.
It depends on the religion in question. Some religions have a prophet that they believe achieved the highest level of connection with the Divine. In Judaism, it is Moses. In Islam, it is Mohammed. Other religions do not have an exemplar prophet and see all prophets as equal before the Divine.
The prophets were moved by Divine inspiration to put their prophecies into writing. These would serve as permanent instruction and as portents.
Key to answering this question are two facts. First, Shakespeare has been dead for almost 400 years. Second, the only beings capable of knowing anything that are not ordinary mortals are divine beings. The answer therefore has to be a divine being e.g. God.
Because it contains the word of God as told by his prophets through inspiration. Not in the Quranic sense. Only God is divine, the Bible contains God's words mediated through fallible human beings.
