On an Air Force base, the commander can do many things to enforce safe behavior. Commanders are allowed to restrict drinking in any Air Force dorms. They can make curfews and make airmen work longer shifts. A commander can instill any limitations and restrictions on the base or unit to make sure that everyone stays safe.
