If you have a cold glass and you leave it in the heat or anywhere where heat can get to it than it will form condensation. That is where there are little water bubbles on the outside and inside of the glass.

Water molecules each consist of two hydrogen atoms and an oxygen atom, which are both gases in our atmosphere, surrounding us every day. The cold on the outside of the container caused by the melted ice inside the container changes these two gases to water.

Condensation will form on a cold glass on almost any day, although, how fast and how much will depend on the relative humidity of the ambient air, and the temperature differential between the glass and the air. For example: if the day is as cold as the glass, condensation probably won't occur.
