There is a multitude of various bike racks made by different manufactures. Many of them are affordable while maintaining durability. One highly recommended bike rack is one made by the brand allen bike racks.
No. Grips and handlebars are fairly well standardized, so pretty much any grip will fit.

If it's a major brand, usually you can google the brand, model and the word "bikepedia" all together and it should throw up an entry for that brand and model at www.bikepedia.com. Then, simply follow the link and it will show you a listing of all the years that bike was made, along with pictures, component listings and paint schemes when you click each successive year. If your bike was made multiple years, it can be a pain to click through all the years but that is the easiest way I've found.
