None really, at least not in the sense humans usualyl think of. Eagels, large ravens, etc will usually attempt to drive wolves from the carcass (and usually fail)) However, wolves have been known to follow these birds to animals that where killed by a different animal, or from illness
The crow. Crows would follow packs of hunting wolves around and wait for them to make their kill, then descend and eat alongside them.

Wolves didn't evolve until long after the extinction of non-avian dinosaurs. However, birds are considered dinosaurs, and wolves do sometimes eat birds, so I would say that wolves do eat dinosaurs.
