I'm not sure if there is a home test or not for Hepatitis C, but this is not something to be taken lightly. I would HIGHLY recommend that you speak with your physician. A simple blood test can determine if you have Hepatitis.
If you have the slightest inclination that you may have Hepatitis, please get tested. Hepatitis C may lay dormant in your liver for decades, and the damage may be done before you have any symptoms.
There are three different blood tests which are available in order for you to test for hepatitis C. All of these involve having blood drawn for your arm by a doctor and sent of for tests in a lab.
All types of hepatitis are diagnosed with a blood test. The hepatitis virus panel is a series of blood tests used to detect current or past infection by hepatitis A, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C. It can screen blood samples for more than one kind of hepatitis virus at the same time.Antibody and antigen tests can detect each of the different hepatitis viruses.Note: Hepatitis D only causes disease in people who also have hepatitis B. It is not routinely checked on a hepatitis antibody panel. http://www.std-gov.org/stds/hepatitis.htm http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003558.htm
There are five major types of viral hepatitis. The diseases, along with the antigen-antibody tests available to aid in diagnosis, are described
Hepatitis virus tests require a blood sample. It is not necessary for the patient to withhold food or fluids before any of these tests, unless requested to do so by the physician.
Your blood will undergo rigorous testing procedures. In addition to blood typing, the tests include screening for hepatitis, syphilis, and HIV

To check you for diseases - for any that are transferred by blood.
A blood test is done for autoimmune hepatitis antibodies. The antibody test is done to check which type you may have.A liver biopsy is taken to confirm the diagnosis and to check if and how badly the liver has been damaged.

They will check your blood. There are many different types of tests to confirm the malaria.
Hepatitis B and C may be treated using immunoglobulin that was created in the laboratory.
An at-home blood test may be administered to test for HIV. A sampling from a few drops of blood will be mailed to a laboratory and results are heard over the phone. Tests done by doctors in person will have results in as little as 20 minutes. Even if you are not at risk for HIV, blood tests may be administered to check for any other health risks, such as diabetes.
