There isn't a sequel to Return of the Jedi [Star Wars Episode 6], at least not a direct sequel.
There was another trilogy produced, Episodes 7 [2015], 8 [2017] & 9 [2019].
The Force Awakens [Episode 7] does have a few links to the original trilogy, like Darth Vader's melted/burnt helmet, how Kylo Ren got it from the forest moon of Endor was never explained and Luke's missing lightsaber, presumably the one he lost on Cloud City, but other than those, the storyline which takes place decades later, has nothing to do with continuing the plot of Return of the Jedi.
The Truce At Bakura, Luke Skywalker and the Shadows of Mindor, and The X-Wing series. Those are just a few books that take place after Return if the Jedi, but there are many more.
After the return of the jedi comes the phantom menace
Not technically, but there was a really cool "Ewok Adventure," made for cable movie.
That film was Star Wars: Return of the Jedi.

Well, chronologically they go from 1-6: 1) The Phantom Menace 2) Attack of the Clones 3) Revenge of the Sith 4) A New Hope 5) The Empire Strikes Back 6) Return of the Jedi However, the order the movies were produced is different. They first made the last three, from 'A New Hope' to 'Return of the Jedi', then they went back and made the other three from 'The Phantom Menace' to 'Revenge of the Sith' to give the beginning story line.

Return of the Jedi | Episode 6
Nothing, in episode 3 there were no "rebels" yet. If however by episode 3 you mean Return of the Jedi, then it was the 2nd Death Star.
