No one lives in the Library of Congress--it's a library.
is the process through which societies have become so intertwined or interconnected that events and decisions in one part of the world have significant effects on the lives of people in the part of the world
There really aren't specific places where the three governments are, per se. The legislative branch, called Congress, meets in the capital building, but has offices in the surrounding area. The judicial branch is headed by the Supreme Court, which meets in the aply named Supreme Court Building, but there are inferior courts that also meet in other locations. The Excecutive Branch is headed by the President, who lives at the White House, but departments of the executive branch are scattered throughout the country, not just in DC.
So Each Branch Could Have Its Own Power & Governments Could Live Their Lives Freely.
The Executive branch lives only to get high. The Judicial branch gets angry at the high Executive branch and then hires the Legislative branch to clean up Executives mess. overall, it is very counterproductive.
