No, the US Air Force cannot wear the German Armed Forces Badge of Marksmanship as it is specific to the German Armed Forces. Each military branch has its own awards and badges for marksmanship.

Armed Forces Day is for active duty personnel, so no it would not. It would be an honor to see him dress for Veterans Day though. Certainly it is appropriate for a Veteran to wear his uniform.
You do not need to wear a business suit when you are going to an armed forces recruiting office. You should not dress like a slob either though. Wear something that is not wrinkled or stained.

It depends on where you live. In most places you do not have to wear a coat, but it will keep warmer if you do. In a very cold climate, it can be essential to survival to wear a coat.

All US service members are issued and required to wear dog tags regardless of branch. That's not true. I've been in for awhile, and unless you're sent on an IA or GSA, you are not required to wear dog tags.
Camouflage clothing is generally associated with armed forces which Witnesses have no part of. Therefore it would seem to me to be something unacceptable to most Witnesses.
