EcoDent Toothpowders (and the entire oral care line) are NOT tested on animals. It's a baking soda and sea salt base, combined with natural essential oils, which foams up to get in between teeth for a better clean. It takes a couple of days to get used to, since there are no added sugars like there are with mass market pastes.
I've used it for years now, and I'll never go back! If you don't like mint, try out the cinnamon. They also have a whitener called "extra bright".
