A gray cat with white on its legs may either be a blue and white cat or a brown tabby and white cat. If there are no stripes, spots, or other markings on the gray color, then it is a blue and white. If there are stripes, spots, or other markings on the gray color, then the cat is a brown tabby and white.
Also if it has light orange/tan marks it could be a Dilute Calico.
Alot of cats are grey and white and alot of cats are mix breeds so it would be hard to say what breed it is. unless it has a very disticnt apperence like folded ears it curly or flowing hair or no tails it is just really hard to tell some breeds apart sometimes.
This could be a number of breeds. Many cat breeds allow a variety of different colour patterns. If you got your cat from a pedigree breeder, then they would have given you papers along with the cat that would say what breed the cat is. If not, it is classed as a Domestic Shorthair or Domestic Longhair (or "moggie"), which is a term used for cats that have mixed genes or have no proof of its linage.
If you still would like to know, try and contact a cat breeder as they have significant knowledge of cat breeds, or get your vet to do a DNA test.
His a mutt. Maybe of Russian blue decent if he has striking green eyes.
The colour of the cat does not identify the breed, as mixed breed cats can be practically any colour of pattern, and many breeds have several different colours they can be.
this sounds like a typical housecat, you can call it a tabby. The cat sounds beautiful!!

A white cat can have fur change color as the cat ages, such as the tail turning brown. Just like a person can be born with one color of hair and when they are an adult the color is different. Most white cats have different colors of fur under the white fur that surface when the white fur is shed.
