A tuxedo cat is not a breed of cat but a name given to cats with black and white fur that is similar in shape to a tuxedo (white chest, black torso, maybe white paws and tail tip, perhaps a white nose area or forehead, etc).
A silver tipped Siberian husky is when you have a pure white Siberian husky (which are rare for the breed) that is tipped with a gray-sliver color. They could be "tipped" on the paws or tip of the tail etc.
It could be one of many breeds. If the cat came without papers it is probably a moggy - A Domestic Shorthair. These cats are of mixed lineage and so can come in many shapes, sizes and colours. Some even may look like a pedigree cat but without proof of its lineage they are still called moggies.
