The majority of dog breeds do not have webbed feet. Only dogs breed for swimming, like the Newfoundland, have webbed feet.
This is not a desirable trait for this breed to have (according to the Breed Standard) and the Bernese Mountain Dog should have feet that are ''short, round and compact''. Breeds such as the Labrador Retriever and the Newfoundland are bred to have webbed feet.

The only breed that I'm certain has webbed feet is the Spanish Water Dog, and I think they can be tricoloured Many dog breeds have webbed feet. The Bernese Mountain Dog is tricolored and has webbed feet

I have a Boston terrier bulldog mix and she has webbed feet.
Regardless the appearance, it is physically impossible for a dog to have actual webbed feet. Yes, there is loose skin between the toes, but it is not technically webbed feet.
Some dog breeds do have webbing between their toes.
The Akita, a dog of Japanese decent, does have webbed feet. This makes their swimming style different than that of a typical dog. However, they do not like swimming and will only go into the water if necessary.
