Yes, you can get a Breyer rug cut out. The Breyer model horses have several accessories including rugs that can be purchased. You can make your own cut out rug by using tissue paper to measure the horse and make the template.
What you can make for your breyer horse is tack such as halters,bridles,hoobles. if you are really good at making tack you maybe able to make saddles or rugs/blankets and saddle pads.

Most Traditional saddles do not fit Classic Breyer horses. Although, Breyer made some Traditional horses like Newsworthy and the "My Favorite Horse, Appaloosa" that are more Classic sized but they do fit in the Traditional saddles. Breyer does make saddles for Classic Breyers but they aren't fancy like the Traditional ones are.
