There are many. You can make a normally streamlined dog scruffy by putting gel in it's for and/or neglect to groom it. Also, you could make a normally scruffy dog look neat in much the same way, but grooming it. Acording to the AKC, most breeds of sheepdog are scruffy. Look at the AKC website for more information. =)
