Made for Pioneer Stores by J. Stevens, it is likely a .22 LR.
Have it examined by a good gunsmith. This rifle use a .22 caliber bullet, long rifle.
A "bullet" is the term used for a rifle cartridge projectile. The Winchester Model 37 is a shotgun versus a rifle, and as such, it primarily was made to use shot shells (hundreds of small lead pellets) used for hunting game birds and waterfowl. Bert H.
it stands for Winchester Magnum Rifle.....it takes a 22 MAG BULLET
DO NOT TRY THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will cause great bodily harm and damage if you attempt to do this.
.22 long rifle.
Obviously 22shorts which is a 22caliber rimfire only shorter than the standard long rifle bullet
No...you do not have to have clip in rifle for it to eject shell casing. You can use without clip and load one bullet at a time. Alot of rifle ranges want it done that way because there is less chance of bullet remaining in chamber..good luck
SLLR indicates that the weapon is chambered for Short, Long and Long Rifle rimfire ammunition.
The M16 assault rifle is chambered for the 5.56x45mm NATOintermediate rifle cartridge. It can also accept .223 Remington rounds.
Ddepends entirely on which rifle- there are thousands of different cartridges, and different bullet types. Sorry-
If you need to ask this you shouldn't own let alone be shooting a rifle!
The Savage .308 rifle can typically accommodate a range of bullet grains. It is important to check the specific firearm's manual or consult with a knowledgeable gunsmith to determine the optimal bullet weight for your rifle based on factors such as barrel twist rate and intended use. Generally, bullet weights between 150 and 180 grains are commonly used in a .308 rifle.
