First of all, do NOT end the mission, but first break the power machine at the rooftop. if you talk to Gary he will end the mission, and if you break the power machine first, it wont work. Once you did that, go to the town. You will see a brown penguin crying. Talk to him. He will tell you that he wanted to dance in the Night Club but the power shut off. After that go into the Night Club and turn on your Night Vision Goggles. (note, i dont think there is anything else to make light, so this is probably for members only). Head down to the Boiler Room ,go to the Fuse box ( to the right, next to the "tool box"), and press it. Turn off your night vision goggles and you should see 9 buttons. The Priority is to turn all the buttons green. (Note: each time you press a button, it affects the buttons next to them and turns them the opposite color, like if there were 3 red buttons and you pressed a certain button, it would turn the ones next to it green.) There is no way I know how to explain how to do this step by step, because the button colors in the beginning are random for everyone. You'll have to play around with it a little bit and figure out how to make them all green. After you accomplish turning all the buttons green, the lights will turn on. Go upstairs and find the penguin that was crying dancing. He will say Thank Yo, and at the end of the whole mission you will get a Thank You Card, in your Awards section on your profile. After you are done with the extra mission, you can now end the real mission by talking to Gary.
