The engine will run rough, and not caused by a faulty spark plug. Best to have a compression check, dry and with oil. This will tell you.

Usually it's because one (or more) of the signal bulbs is burnt out. It is also possible that the turn signal relay is faulty.
You either have Faulty outlets, in which case you would need to replace and refuse, or your fuses are burnt, and need to be replaced.
