You will need some sheet metal or roof flashing. Cut it 6 inches larger than the hole. Slip the edge of the patch under the shingle above the hole and then hammer the piece into place. You may want to also put a piece of plastic over the patch using a staple gun and caulking around the edges.

You go to a parts store and buy a new one or you can buy a rubber patch kit and repair it for temporary use but most parts stores will have a new hose for you and others will have to order it.
