Algae in a goldfish pond is quite common with an increase in sun (light) and temperature. To try and keep algae to a minimum you will want to look at ways to provide the pond with shade, and regularly change out some of the water for fresh water during the warmer months.
Green peas are rich in fiber which is good for goldfish. The only thing is, with canned peas, I would be sure to rinse them thoroughly in water. The goldfish do not need the preservatives and salt that might be included in the canning process,
Pour in a gallon jug of algecide and increase the amount of chlorine you use and run your pool's filter at least 6 to 8 hrs a night. Will clear up in a day. Of course this info depends on size of pool, but the average 16,000 gallon pool will clear up.

yes but the downfall that i founf is that the betta will make the other fish get ick and get a green film on them which is hard to get rid of. a betta is fine all by its self in a coffee cup with water (or something small)
