A 14-year-old guy can wear a classic black suit with a white dress shirt and a tie to a very formal wedding. Ensure that the suit fits well and is properly tailored. Complete the look with dress shoes and opt for subtle accessories like a pocket square or a tie clip.
Tuxedo vests and ties are mostly reserved for formal evening affairs. An evening wedding, a formal New Year's Eve Dinner, an awards ceremony, all are appropriate.
no its not even close
I would wear something nice...... usually at formal weddings people wear dresses, so i would wear a nice dress. it depends on the season..... wear spring colors if it is in the spring.. and if the dress has little straps wear a short sleeved little jacket, and you can also wear flats
I would suggest wearing a colored dress to a wedding, since weddings are formal and they have a theme of new beginnings and unity. You shouldn't wear neon colors or crazy patterned clothing because that takes away from the elegance of your outfit, even if you are wearing a dress and your accessories are formal. Simple and formal is always safe for a wedding. If you have a dress that you wore for prom or a school dance that is knee length or floor length and simple, you could wear that. If you do not have any dresses, you could look at JcPenny and Macys. They usually carry formal dresses for a lot of different occasions and their prices are not too expensive. Bridal shops also carry dresses that are appropriate for many ages and styles.
if i would was in your situation i would wear a suit or something that looks formal
Any she considers suitable.
On his wedding day, Prince William wore the uniform of the Irish Guards, of which he was made colonel, earlier on the the year.
Unless otherwise specified as a black tie formal event(or white tie) what you propose would be perfectly acceptable.
a nice comfortable dress and pretty comfortable heels or flats
It is appropriate to wear formal white gloves to a formal or semi-formal event, such as weddings, proms, ballroom dances, teas, fashion shows, and last but not least, for the King of all Kings on Sunday morning. It is not appropriate to wear formal white gloves to a casual or sporting event, unless it is the Kentucky Derby. Just because you are an 80 year old Southern lady, you should not wear gloves to reflect this idea; you will instead appear to be an 80 year old senile lady living in the past. Wear gloves for the occasion, not for the pretense!
Let her wear something that's decent but something you agree would look nice...
Whatever SHE wants... so long as it's appropriate !
