I don't feel that you should take anything. You need to relax; there is a lot going on in your body. Get lavender oil, it is great for relaxation and massage it into your skin. Spend some time at this because not only will you be spending time to yourself but you will be relaxing your muscles and you will be unwinding. Take a warm bath to soothe muscles too. When you get into bed lie on your side with your knees bent up under your stomach: this will ease the pressure on your back. Don't put pressure on yourself to sleep, take deep slow breaths and empty your mind. If you need to, read a book or if you have already bought musical toys for your baby use them to soothe you. Your baby will also hear these and feel you relax when it hears this noise,

NOTHING. Never take any medicines that a DOCTOR has not told you to take when you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Try gentle walking to relieve your restless legs.
