It's just a DS with a camera. If you already have a camera and a DS, don't waste your money.
In the USA the Nintedo DSi at Gamestop or Walmart can be about 169.99 plus tax.
$170 coming in USA April 22
An Nintendo DS cost $129.99 and a Nintendo DSi is $169.99
the psp is better than wii because psp could download games
according to Nintendo, almost all Ds games play on the DSi; the one's that will not play are the ones that require a gba pack, such as the opera browser, and the Guitar hero games.
I have a phone, dsi, ds origanal, wii, play station so its up to you if you want a dsi as you can get internet, mess around with music and do different things to your photos which a phone cant do! i bought one even tho i had all those so i would if you want one!
Nintendo DS and Nintendo DS Lite support Nintendo DS games and Game Boy Advance games. Nintendo DSi and XL only support Nintendo DS games.

If you have a wireless router go to System Settings and click on Wireless Communications and make sure it says "Yes", if not change it to yes. Go to Nintendo Dsi Shop, click on Start Shopping, go to Dsi Ware, Click Free. The Internet should be there. But it will say "Nintedo Dsi Browser" Click on it and Press download. Downloading it may take about 2 or 3 minutes. Then after it finishes downloading go to the Dsi Menu. It will say "Web" in blue letters. (DON'T PRESS THE POWER BUTTON WHILE IT IS DOWNLOADING) PS: You may have to perform a System Update, that also may take 2 or 3 minutes. It will not mess up the Nintendo Dsi or slow it down.
