try to add a little of rice flour and bread crumbs above it .while frying , rice flour prevents detaching of the bread layer and adds taste . it makes it more crispy. your dish wont taste good without breading .
No it Can't Because the Self - Raising Flour Raises the cake or whatever you are making. So unless You Want a flat cake then.... Baking mix can not be substituted for self - raising flour. :)
