Moisture in the COP (coil over plug) boot/assembly, bad coil, bad plug, bad injector, poor fuel pressure, poor cylinder compression. Or damaged coil boot causing the coil to flash over.
2008 malibu 3.6 L code says PO302 misfiring Misfiring in number 2 cylinder. Could be an ignition problem with a bad spark plug or spark plug wire. Could also be a bad fuel injector. Could also be a mechanical problem such as a bad valve. Start with new plugs and wires.
the number 4 cylinder in the engine is misfiring. that SUV should have an ignition coil on plug which is a common problem.

it means you need a new spark plug and probably a new coil for number 7
misfire cylinder #3. A 300 code is a misfire code and the last number relates to the cylinder that is misfiring.
passenger side front cylinder is number 1 and next is 3 and then 5 drivers side is 2 , 4, 6 last.
Cylinder #4 is misfiring in an engine with 4 or more cylinders. Engines have a firing order that is used to number the cylinders and it depends upon the engine which one is #4.
