A short in virtually any circuit in the car can cause a battery drain. The way to find it is disconnect the battery ground then the power lead. Turn off all lights, if there is a trunk light that comes on when you open the trunk pull the bulb. Put your ohm meter positive lead to the positive cable and the negative ohm meter lead to the negative cable. You will see a low resistance if there is a short. Have a friend pull one fuse as you look at your meter. If the resistance stays below infinity have the friend put the fuse back and pull the next one. When a fuse is pulled and the resistance goes to infinite you have found the circuit with the short.
