I was told that the code was a vapor lock and the problem could be fixed using STP cleaner for the fuel injection Well the light did go off for about 4 days then it returned. MY question regarding this is if a Satellite theft system was added to my Vehicle would that cause the engine light to come on because the light never came on before the GPS theft system was installed by the dealer when I purchased the truck this is done on all the Vehicles that they sell to a higher risk profile clients So I pay my Payment the Day I get paid usually in cash so there is no dispute. They give me a code to enter in the system. What I want to know is the system causing the Engine light to remain on?
