What causes the motor oil to turn black is the breakdown of the oil along with dirt that is sucked into the engine of your vehicle between oil changes, if you drive in a more dusty, off-road, or dirty environment this can cause a great difference between a car, such as a highway or interstate car.
the longer you use the same oil in your car the blacker it will get between oil changes. With that being said, the longer you use the same oil if your due for an oil change, that dirt can collect inside the motor and decrease the life of the engine.
There are ways to slow the process such as:
Change the air filter, use an higher grade oil filter (E.I. Fram High Mileage Oil Filter, Fram Tough Guard Oil Filter), And to run a motor flush oil additive before changing your oil.
Hope this helps and explains.

what do u mean about quick One day, one week , one month.
All oil turns black over time. Most of the black comes from small particles that are trapped in the oil. Also, carbon from the incomplete combustion of gasoline is held in the oil. It is impossible to get all of the oil out of an engine unless the engine is taken apart and cleaned. This left over "dirty" oil can cause new oil to darken.
