It sounds like a spark problem. Check if there is spark. Suspect the coil. Then inspect the fuel system, may not be getting fuel. Check fuel pump.

verify that all 4 spark plugs are fireing. check to make shure u hear a humm from the fuel pump as soon as the key is turned to ignition. a no start condition is caused by a lack of fuel or spark being that there is proper compression. also check the fuel filter located on the fire wall behind the motor a clogged fuel filter will prevent fuel from flowing to the motor
Probably the internal bearings are bad and it's causing the internal electric motor to draw too much current and blow the fuse. Whatever you do, don't put an oversized fuse in circuit, that can cause a fire and you don't want a fire around the fuel tank. You probably have a faulty fuel pump and the only way to solve the problem is to replace it.
