im 14 and i have had spots from the age of about 12. and it is only like a few days ago that i tried this new thing i made. it really works. and easy to make:
so all u do is:
1. get some moisturizer. any if fine it really doesnt matter about the brand.
2. get some bicarbonate of soda.
3. mix the 2 things together.
4. spread the mixture around the face (to the spot prone places)
5. then leave it on their for about 20 mins. then wipe it off.
it really does help alot. what it did to me was it shrunk my spots and brought the white head to the surface. so you just pop them and they just keep getting smaller over the next few mins.
it is really good and helped me allot you should try this!
