I have Grand Mal myself so I know many things can happen, but nothing special :-)
Seizures do not hurt you directly, you can of course get hurt in many ways, like falling and bang your head in the floor or bite yourself (that's pretty common, I've gotten used to it, and have a couple of tricks), but seizures in them selves do not hurt or damage you in any way directly ;-)
