Likely this is nothing serious. It is not unusual for the small veins in the sclera (white potion) of older people to rupture. As long as the spot is small and does not cover the whole white of her eye, there little reason for concern. Let her know about your concern though.

It is very dangerous. I was punched on my face,eye and head. When I saw blood on my left eye I notice something wrong on my vision . I was going to loose my sight due to the punches I received from a man . Please, be careful, it could happen to you. God bless
