First of all, lock nuts are cheap and should be replaced after they are removed because they do not perform well after removal.
To answer the question, it is probably fine to reuse them, but it really defeats the purpose of a lock nut. They will work themselves loose.

Not really. There's no hinge for it, and no place for the suspension to go. You'd basically have to cut the bike apart to create the hinge to allow the suspension to move, and then you'd have to build the attachment points for the suspension. It's really not worth the huge effort it'd take.

If you lock the doors from the inside by using the lock button, the alarm will not sound. If you lock the doors from the outside by using either the key or the remote control, the alarm is set to active.
