Nothing. You don't have enough space for more fish. A five gallon tank is maxed out with 1 Otocinclus. The basic rules for successfull fishkeeping are as follows. :- 1 inch (2.25cm) of fish needs at least 1 gallon (3.78ltrs) of water. Every tank needs a permanently running cycled filter. :- Every tank needs at least 50% of its water replaced every week. If you follow the above rules, feed the fish the correct diet and keep the container covered and at 75F most fish will do OK. I can guarantee that if you don't keep the preceeding rules that your fish will have constant health problems and will live a considerably shorter life.

Definitely not. I would suggest for even a small female no less than a 40 gallon "breeder" tank with a custom built 4' by 2' by 2' cage being preferable.
You are attempting the impossible. Fish can not survive for long living with frogs. The basic rules for successfull fishkeeping are. :- 1 inch of fish needs at least 1 gallon of water. :- Every tank needs a permanently running cycled filter. :- Every tank needs at least 50% of its water replaced every week.. Provided the above conditions/rules are observed and the tank is kept at the correct temperature and the fish are fed a suitable diet they should survive reasonably well. I can guarantee that failure to provide any of the above will result in sick fish.
Yes with a divider but without they will kill each other.
