This is a difficult subject. While a legal ejection is the only way to force the 18 year old out of the house, please consider mediation. As a mediator, I have seen that many problems can be solved peacefully without the need for court. For more info on mediation, go online or refer to your local phonebook.
Well, you could get in a huge fight and throw them out but my guess is that you still love your child and don't want to do that.
Your child needs a reason to move out and on in life. Really all you can do is support them and show them that they have options. Maybe one will strike their fancy.
Finally, there is a time when you realize that they are not going to do anything on their own. In this case its time to call in some favors. Find a place where your kid (yes they are still a kid, until they take responsibility of themself) won't be in any serious danger, say with an aunt or old family friend. Find them a job somewhere, doesn't really matter as long as they are working and making enough to feed themself and pay rent. And once this is lined up ship them out. The relative or friend you send them too can look out for them while making sure they pay their dues, and the kid will be forced to start taking care of themself and take responsibility. (an alternative is letting them live with you but making sure that they pay you rent and living costs. this is hard however because as a parent you tend to be soft on the child. I suggest repo-ing their computer if they fail to make payments)
take every thing out of their room but leave the bed and take their phone away
with your fist
Change the locks and ask them to leave. The 19 year old is an adult that you don't have to support or have in your home.
of course
Not on taxes no. The parent the child lives with has the main right to claim the child. But if that parent can't or doesn't want to then the other parent can
it lives in your bed and haunts your nightmares...sexually
Yes, it is very bad. Any person who is this sexually active at a young age will probably be pretty sexually promiscuous there entire lives. You don't want to be with a cheater. And if this person didn't have twins. He or she obviously has a hard time learning from their mistakes.
There is no specific age when women are most sexually active, as individuals have varying levels of sexual activity throughout their lives. Factors such as overall health, relationship status, and personal preferences play a significant role in determining sexual activity levels at any age. It is important to prioritize communication, consent, and mutual respect in sexual relationships at any stage of life.
The parent who is considered the custodial parent.
If that is what the parent wants, they can do so. The parent can decide where the minor lives.
Primary residential
Typically, the caretaker is the custodian.
Usually the case will be closed and the custodial parent will have to re-file in the state where she/he resides.
It is impossible to settle the estate of anyone still living, regardless of where they or their "heirs" are living.
In California, the court uses the term primary custodial parent to designate the parent that the child lives with most of the time
