What can parsley be paired up with?

Curly parsley is largely decorative and serious cooks never use it for anything other than decoration. Flat leaf or Italian parsley goes with a wide variety of meats and vegetables. Chicken, turkey, fish, pork, lamb, you name it, it works well with parsley. I especially like parlsey with oven roasted potatoes, but its also works well with carrots, other root vegetables, corn, pasta, rice, etc. As for herbs, I would say thyme, oregano, herbs de provence, rosemary all blend nicely with parsley.
