Often when we are under stress or chronic stress we develop specific types of behavior that isdebilitating to our health. Some of these behavior are over consumption of food, alcohol, use of cigarettes or chain smoking, use of street drugs, prescription drug abuse, under eating, excessive shopping, and isolation.

These behaviors can lead to minor and serious health issues, debt, and damaged relationships. When stress is not properly managed it can come out in other ways.

it make you frustrated ,depressed, stress could also make you say something mean you didn't mean to say to someone on a bad day.

i this isn't part of the question but stress can cause constipation,headaches,frustrations,make you sick,have bad memory,busy ,too much on your mind,worried and upset stomach
